💙 Please join us TODAY, Wednesday, April 24th. Make a statement by wearing jeans TODAY as a sign to reject victim-blaming and misconceptions that surround sexual violence.

💙 The campaign began after a ruling by the Italian Supreme Court where a rape conviction was overturned because the justices felt that since the victim was wearing tight jeans she must have helped the person who raped her remove her jeans, thereby implying consent.

💙 There is no excuse and never an invitation to rape.

💙 Today and always, stand with survivors of sexual violence. There’s hope, love, healing and restoration after sexual assault. 👖
